Page locked for edits shouldn't show edit link

In the pages tree, if a page is locked for edits and the user doesn't have Lock/Unlock permission, then the edit link shouldn't show.

I agree. I will correct that.

Perhaps there should be a note next to the save button (or a disabled button), that says you can't save it — event if you have the permission to unlock the page.

I just added some sentences, clicked Save and noticed somebody locked the page. My edits were lost and I was glad it were just two short sentences
