Template Field Settings Are Reset When Field Order Is Changed

Hi,

I created a template where most of the field settings are overridden with custom labels, descriptions, widths, etc. After I save the template, it works as expected, but when I reorder a field and save it again, all of the overridden settings are gone. The notices indicate that the fields are added successfully, so it behaves as if all fields were removed and re-added, but I only changed the order.

I have developed many sites before using ProcessWire, but this is the first time I have come across this type of error. What could be the problem? I have attached the displayed notices. I am using version 3.0.251, but I experienced the same in 3.0.246.
