FrontEnd Debug Variables - Like Php Smarty do, is possible?

Hi, I'm just new to ProcessWire and learning about this.

I use some old php scripts with Smarty template system and one impressive toll from it is that: when we use {debug} inside a tpl file.

It show all variables, cookies and all:

 

There is something like this over our ProcessWire? Plugin or just some code?

Thank you and sorry if this is a newbie question, I'm just learning, I tried to find something like that but can't!
