Possible Bug in PageAutocomplete?

Hello,

I just set up a PageAutocomplete field which was supposed to use a different field for selection (different to name or title that is). I didn't work. It seemed to find something but the pulldown showed empty lines and when I selected one of them, the list only showed "Label". Once I switched the field to title, everything worked fine.

Is this a bug or is there something to configure before using a custom field for PageAutocomplete?

Did you enable "allow new pages to be created from field" ?

Here are the notes:

1. Both a parent and template must be selected above.
2. The editing user must have access to create/publish these pages.
3. The label-field must be set to "title (default)".

No, "new pages" is not selected and I don't want it.

Looks it it's a bug. Thanks for finding it. This has been fixed in the latest commit to the dev branch.
