Good call. The admin theme stuff is bundled in with the modules forum, and really deserves it's own. But I'm thinking "Admin Themes and Customization" (or something more along those lines) is the terminology we should use for this. To me the term "hacks" implies modifying core code or modifications outside of what the system is built for, and that's not something I want to encourage people to do just because it gets overwritten on upgrades.
