Custom Code in Pages

Legends of the net

I have made a new Page and Template. The Template is called "Blank-Page" which just has a "Title" field and the Page is called "Coming Soon". If I am to insert some HTML or PHP or better still APIs, where do I put the code. I am trying to create a full page BG video.

Maybe I haven't understood the question correctly? But I would say, put any code into the template, blank-page.php.
