Truly responsive admin theme?

I've noticed that both the Reno and UIkit admin themes are responsive when accessing pages, but this doesn't apply to modals. If viewing on a relatively small screen (say iPhone 5), part of the modal is always off-screen. Is there a fully responsive theme anywhere? If not, what would be required to achieve it? Or is this a pipe dream?

That's why I don't like modals and always use panels. They are not perfect, but a little better, because the take the whole screen height. But there is room for improvement in this regard, I agree.

Unfortunately, quite a few modules (including Form Builder) use modals.

Yeah, they are helpful in several situations. And they could also be tweaked for better mobile support. See https://modules.processwire.com/modules/admin-modalception/ for example. Maybe if you encounter real problems you could file an issue on github which describes the problems.
