Including Responsive themes

I have planned to use a responsive theme in ProcessWire. Please suggest whether below is the correct method

Including necessary files like css, js, lib folders inside ‘site\templates’ and referring them in templates

Yes, this would be the correct way to implement.

You can have a look at some of those profiles to get a better idea about implementation.

The beautiful thing about ProcessWire is that there is no single correct way to do things. It leaves structural decisions up to the developer.
