I can't uplaod images in the back end

I recently migrated my Processwire site version 2.8.35 from a cpanel hosting site to another.

I now try to upload image files through the backend but they won't upload. It keeps saying they are uploading but they never load.

Is there any solution to this.

You may not have PHP-GD installed on the new server.

You might want to inspect the ajax upload request through the network tab of the browser dev tools. The response there might shed some light on what's wrong.

Also check the permissions on your /site/assets/files folder. Should be 755.
