Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SessionLoginThrottle on update

When i update the wire folder with the latest dev-branch i get: 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SessionLoginThrottle in /wire/modules/Session/SessionLoginThrottle/SessionLoginThrottle.module on line 17

  

Any ideas why this is happening and how to solve it?

I had the same error once: try removing the /wire/ folder and uploading it again: http://processwire.com/talk/topic/1492-processwire-23-features/?p=23148
