is there a method to get the local pageNumUrlPrefix by any language like $page->localUrl($language) is for the url?

Just needed the same and $config->pageNumUrlPrefix is working perfectly fine for me.

You can translate the prefix at /processwire/module/edit?name=LanguageSupportPageNames
