Trying to make an API for Usermanagment for multiple Organisations

Im currently trying to make a usermanagment with an API for processwire.

What Im trying, is to be able to have multiple organisations, where each one has its own page. The organisations can have multiple members, with different roles, such as Admin (can add/delete members or give/take rights, can edit, create new page or delete the page.), Editor (can only edit the page) and Viewer (can only see the page) and that they can only access their own pages and not those of the other organisations. 

When they log in, they are sent to another page where they can either view or edit their page in a form and not the Processwire admin panel. The changes should then be saved in Processwire.

My question is whether there is already something like this out there as an addon/plugin, or whether anyone else has tried it before. So far I couldnt find anything here which is why Im asking. Also im sorry for my terrible English.
