Datepicker Not Working With Turkish values

Guys my project is working so good but i have simple problems when i try to change datepicker language english to turkish its work but when i try to save page and update turkish values are not saved.

Now lang changer is not working but first one is working. Than date picker successfully saved but

when i change first one like en_US.UTF8 , second photo and scripts are work but datepicker not saved its not send date 

please help me
