Uploading an image/video using POST and receiving a link?

Basically I want to be able to upload images and videos to my website using ShareX

Are there any modules that could help me achieve this? If not, how do I get started? I'm a game developer and need a way to show my work where my work isn't on a remote server (eg. streamable, imgur, youtube, etc)
