Mulitlingual site : titles in foreign language do not appear

Hi, 

I am just working on a multilingual site (german-english).

For each german page I created a corresponding page with english titles.

On the german site, all menue items (i.e. titles) show up properly,

on the english site however only the first item (Home) appears.

Did I miss something?

If you go to a page that doesn't show up, and you go to the settings of that page, is the checkbox checked to activate the english URL?

yes, all checkboxes are activated!
