Convert an existing site

Hi all!  

I'm experienced developer, but new to ProcessWire. 

I'm absolutely sick of Wordpress and have spent some time looking at PW, OctoberCMS, CraftCMS and Concrete5

I have an existing flat (sort of) one page HTML website that is built using Bootstrap that I would like converted to PW.

This was used as the starter theme for the project so it's "similar" to this :

Bilingualism required.
