The error in field the "cache"

Thank you! I found out what the problem was. When a user language is not installed by default (there are an administrator), when you create a field of type "cache" this error occurs. By switching to the default language (English) error when editing this field have arisen. Sorry for the English, I do not know them so well:-( -
