Debug::stopTimer() method

Get elapsed time for given timer and stop

Available since version 3.0.158.

Usage

// basic usage
$string = Debug::stopTimer();

// usage with all arguments
$string = Debug::stopTimer(string $key = '', $option = null, bool $clear = true);

Arguments

NameType(s)Description
key (optional)string

Timer key returned by startTimer(), or omit for last started timer

option (optional)null, int, string

Specify override precision (int), suffix (string), or "ms" for milliseconds and suffix.

clear (optional)bool

Also clear the timer? (default=true)

Return value

string
