No CSS rendering in Admin

Hi,

I just did a clean install of PW 2.3 on a Media Temple Grid and everything went smooth.

The site is rendered nicely, just NOT the admin. It seems that de CSS is not loaded. But sometimes it does

but mostly It doesn't. See screenschot in attach.

Weird though, I installed many PW sites on Media Temple before and never had issues. This is my first 2.3 though.

Note: I am still using the preview url: http://declippeleadvocaten.com.s173583.gridserver.com/

but I if I test another PW website using it's preview url It works fine so this cannot be the issue

Regards
Sylvio

Found it, could be useful for others people:

Apparently Media Temple Grid has PHP by default as FastCGI and this doesn't go well with PW.

Luckily you can still change it to CGI, see attach

If you select FastCGI does it put you on PHP version 5.5.1? I've not tested PW with PHP 5.5 yet, would be interesting to know if there is some issue there. I'm using MediaTemple accounts already via existing clients, but haven't seen any issues like this, but it sounds like this is a newer grid server than the ones I've used.

Solved. Thanks Sylvio.

It seems that default.php is not parsing at all.

Only $content is rendered, so no head, no css links, no javascript, no <body>...

¿Should we append this info to the post title?

FastCGI in MediaTemple is not compatible with PW.

In my MT panel, it´s a domain based setting,

It seems it´s a default setting for new domains so, take care.

Thank you all.

¿Should we create a new thread covering common hosting providers?

Maybe with a few provider´s settings we got covered the 80% of the cases (Pareto ;-)

Here? in the wiki?
