Wow! Looks pretty amazing!

I can't wait to see how I can create additional widgets ;)

I would build something like analytics integration or something similar :)

Edit:

I'm ready for an analytics module. Just need to know how :)

P.S.: A screenshot of what I build until now: http://d.pr/i/k0s1

Yeah, just finishing the project I developed this for by the end of th week (hopefully). Then will clean everything up and publish a first - yet relatively simple - version.

@MadeMyDay - that looks really cool!! Any updates on this?

(We have Friday afternoon 2 o´clock ;) )

Sorry for the excuses that are annoying after that period of time. BUT: It is not abandoned, it was rather postponed because of a lot of work, holidays and moving to a new office. I use the dashboard already in several projects, but have to clean out a lot of things before going public. Already talked to Ryan because of a potential core change I believed was necessary, but turned out it isn't. Give me at least 'til the end of september and I will release something. More or less polished, promised!

(will be my first release, so I want it to be good ;-) )

There are very easy ways to get a dashboard like the old example...

take a look at

https://processwire.com/talk/topic/11141-dashboard-redux/#entry104459

and

https://processwire.com/talk/topic/9160-dashboard-with-add-and-edit-page-buttons/#entry88619

you can easy build a dashboard page use MarkupAdminDataTable for small lists and some action buttons for new pages and so on. And there is Lister Pro to generate easy and nice own admin pages for real big data like articles, events, all kind of entries...
