ProCacheTests::urlCacheTestQty() method

Run tests for given quantity of times, compiling the average

This is the same as the urlCacheTesst() method except that it runs multiple times andn compiles the average.

Usage

$array = $tests->urlCacheTestQty(string $url, int $qty);
