Sounds great but they aren't planning to ship it with ubuntu 12.04

That's a great overview of PHP 5.4. I'm pretty thrilled with the additions they've made--a nice upgrade. I've not had a chance to try it yet, but I can't see any reason why PW wouldn't run great on PHP 5.4.
