60 State Street is a modern skyscraper in the Government Center neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Completed in 1977, it is Boston's 13th tallest building, standing 509 feet (155 m) tall, and housing 38 floors. The main office of a major international law firm, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, is located at 60 State Street.

The Amoco Building, located at 1340 Poydras Street in the Central Business District of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a 21-story, 280 feet (85 m)-tall skyscraper designed in the international style by 3D/International. The building is primarily used for leaseable office space, with some retail space on the ground level. The design of the building can be best classified as international with its black aluminum and glass curtain wall.

Located on the Inner Harbor of Baltimore, Maryland, the Baltimore World Trade Center is the world's tallest equilateral five-sided building (the five-sided JPMorgan Chase Tower in Houston, Texas is taller, but has unequal sides). It was designed by the firm of the famous architect I.M. Pei, with the principal architects being Henry Cobb and Pershing Wong. The building was completed in 1977 at a cost of $22 million.

The Citigroup Center (formerly Citicorp Center) is one of the ten tallest skyscrapers in New York City, United States, located at 53rd Street between Lexington Avenue and Third Avenue in midtown Manhattan. The 59-floor, 915-foot (279-m) building is one of the most distinctive and imposing in New York's skyline, with a 45° angled top and a unique stilt-style base.

The hotel is part of the Hilton Hotels chain. A portion of the building complex overlooks the Mississippi River front. The building is connected via an enclosed pedestrian walkway with the adjacent Riverwalk Marketplace.

Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, also known as National City Center, is a mixed use high-rise in Indianapolis, Indiana. The building rises 22 floors and 268 feet (82 m) in height, and is currently the 17th-tallest building in the city. The structure was completed in 1977, and was designed by architectural firm Browning Day Pollak Associates.

One Nationwide Plaza is a 40-story skyscraper in Columbus, Ohio that is the headquarters of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. It is part of the complex of buildings known as Nationwide Plaza. Nationwide outgrew its famous 246 Building by the 1970s and work began on a new headquarters for the company. In 1977, the 146 m (485 ft) building was completed. The building is located at the corner of N. High Street and what is now Nationwide Blvd. on the northern edge of downtown Columbus, Ohio.

Rainier Tower is a 40-story skyscraper (29 stories occupied, the rest pedestal) in the Metropolitan Tract of Seattle, Washington at 1301 Fifth Avenue. The total height of the tower is 514 feet (393 feet without the 121 foot base). It was designed by Minoru Yamasaki, who also was architect of the World Trade Center in New York City (as well as of the IBM Building, which is on the corner diagonally opposite from Rainier Tower). Its construction was completed in 1977.

Renaissance Center (also known as the GM Renaissance Center and nicknamed the RenCen) is a group of seven interconnected skyscrapers in Downtown Detroit, Michigan, United States. Located on the International Riverfront, the Renaissance Center complex is owned by General Motors as its world headquarters.
