The 1101 Brickell Building is a planned skyscraper in downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It has been recently approved by the City of Miami and by the Federal Aviation Administration, and therefore construction is expected to begin soon. Completion of the building is unknown, while some speculate the building may start construction as soon as the "Late 2000's recession" ends.

One Bayfront Plaza is a skyscraper approved for construction in the U.S. city of Miami, Florida. If completed, the building would stand at 1,049 feet (320 m), with 80 floors. One Bayfront Plaza would primarily consist of offices, but also would include a retail mall on the lower levels. The entire project consists of over 2,000,000 square feet (200,000 m) of Class A office space. One Bayfront Plaza is the first skyscraper over 1,000 feet (300 m) to be approved in Miami.

Park Michigan was a proposed 80 story skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois designed by Pappageorge/Haymes, Ltd. Its location is a street level parking lot at the northeast corner of Wabash Avenue and 9th Street. As part of the planned project, the former YWCA located at 830 South Michigan Avenue, also the official address of Park Michigan, would be gutted and turned into a restaurant.
