One Market Plaza is complex of three office buildings at 1 Market Street along the San Francisco Embarcadero. The historic 11-story Southern Pacific Building, also known as "The Landmark", was completed in 1916, and incorporated into the development in 1976 that includes the 43-storey 172 m (564 ft) Spear Tower, and the 27-storey, 111 m (364 ft) Steuart Tower. The complex was renovated in 1996 by the architect firm César Pelli & Associates Architects.

One Maritime Plaza is an office tower located in San Francisco's Financial District near the Embarcadero Center towers on Clay and Front Streets. The building, completed in 1964, stands 121 m (398 feet) and has 25 floors of office space. This is one of the earliest buildings to use seismic bracing in the form of external trusses and X-braces.

One California is a skyscraper in San Francisco, California. The building rises 438 feet (134 meters) in the northern region of San Francisco’s Financial District. It contains 32 floors, and was completed in 1969. One California currently stands as the 28th-tallest building in the city. The architect who designed the building was Welton Becket Associates.

One Bush Plaza also known as the Crown-Zellerbach Building is an office building on from Bush Street and Battery Street at Market Street in the Financial District of San Francisco, California. The 20 storey 94 metres (310 ft) building was completed in 1959. The building was once the headquarters of the Crown-Zellerbach, a Fortune 500 forestry and paper products conglomerate acquired in 1986 by the James River Company, which in turn became a part of Georgia-Pacific in 2000.

The Montgomery Washington Tower is an A Class mixed-use high-rise building in San Francisco's Financial District, directly across from the Transamerica Pyramid. The north side of the building has views of Coit Tower, while the east side faces the San Francisco Bay. It has a structural height of 91 meters (299 ft) and contains 26 floors of residential and office space. The uppermost six floors are luxury residences.

The Millennium Tower is a 58-story highrise residential condominium completed in 2009 in the San Francisco Financial District, South of Market. The footprint from which the blue-gray glass, late-modernist tower is bounded by Mission-, Fremont-, and Beale-Streets, and the north end of the Transbay Terminal. The building was opened to residents on 23 April 2009.

McKesson Plaza is an office skyscraper located on Market Street in the financial district of San Francisco, California. The 161 m (528 ft) 38 building serves as headquarters for the McKesson Corporation.

The JP MorganChase Building is an office building in San Francisco, California, 650 Mission Street, on the border between South of Market and the Financial Districts. Designed by architect Cesar Pelli, the building stands 128 m, 420 feet tall and has about 655,000 square feet or 60,900 square metres of office space. It also has two levels of underground parking and a large plaza. About 400,000 sq ft (37,000 m) of the building is leased to the major tenant JP Morgan Chase.

The InterContinental San Francisco at 888 Howard Street is a highrise hotel in San Francisco, California. The hotel is 340 feet (104 m) tall and has 32 stories containing 550 hotel rooms, operated by the InterContinental Hotels Group. The hotel is next to the Moscone West Center, completed in 2003. The hotel opened on February 28, 2008. There is a two level underground garage and a six floor podium housing hotel amenities.
