jLofts on the Market is a 6-story mid-rise, 51 unit, condominium project with street level retail and office space located at 1308 Jackson Street in the historic Old Market District in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. jLofts is the only new condo development built from the ground up in the Old Market. The building is located on 13th and Jackson Streets. The project is expected to be completed late 2009.

Midtown Crossing at Turner Park is a million square-foot, seven-building, mixed-use development located in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. Its borders are 31st to 33rd streets and Dodge to Harney streets. This new urban development project will include condos, apartments, hotel, movie-theater, fitness center, grocery store and other retail and dining options. As part of this project, Turner Park’s green space will be expanded to include more than seven acres.

The Union Pacific Center at 1400 Douglas Street is one of downtown Omaha, Nebraska's newest high-rise buildings. It houses the headquarters of the Union Pacific Railroad and its parent company, the Union Pacific Corporation. It officially opened in June 2004 and rises 317 ft (97 m) making it the fourth tallest building in Omaha. The old headquarters located directly across the street, was torn down in 2008 to make way for the new WallStreet Tower Omaha.

The WallStreet Tower Omaha is a 32-story, 373 ft condomium project that will become Omaha, Nebraska's third tallest building upon completion. The building will be built on the site of the former Union Pacific headquarters, located at 14th and Dodge Street. Prices for a unit range from $195,000-$620,000. The project was expected to be completed by Fall 2009, although, it is now expected to begin construction at that time. . The plan previously consisted of 192 condos, but has now dropped to 96.

Aksarben Village is a new million sq ft mixed-use development located on the land of the old Ak-sar-ben coliseum and horse track in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. There is over 750,000 sq ft of space for research and business office and 250,000 sq ft of retail and entertainment space. There are over 500 housing units and a 135 room hotel. There is also a 4 1/2 acre park that features a 90 ft tall obelisk.

First National Center is located at 1620 Dodge Street in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. A 22-story office building, it is one of the tallest buildings in Omaha. The building is attached to a 19 story, 420-room Doubletree hotel and a 550-stall parking garage.

The Northern Natural Gas Building , also known as the 2223 Dodge Street Building, is located at 2223 Dodge Street in the central business district of Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It is a 260 ft (79 m), 19-story skyscraper that ranks 8th, among Omaha's top ten tallest buildings. Currently the building is vacant. The building is currently listed on the National Register of Historic Places located in Douglas County, Nebraska. Northern Natural Gas Co.

The 1200 Landmark Center is a 255 ft (78 m), 15-story skyscraper at the corner of South 13th and Farnam Streets in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. As of 2004, the building is home to the Omaha operations of Pacific Life.

The AT&T Building is a 265 ft (81 m), 16-story skyscraper in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It was the tallest structure in downtown Omaha until the Woodman Tower and later First National Tower surpassed it in height. The original 15 story building was built in 1918, a twelve story addition was added on the north end in 1957 and another on the west end in 1964. An additional story was added in 1970 to bring it to sixteen stories.

The Omaha Scoular Building is a five story commercial use building located in the Park East neighborhood of Downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Built in 1925 the building was originally built as the headquarters for The Scoular Company, which it currently still houses. The building was first renovated in 1988, when a new glass lobby with marble staircase was added.
