The Everett Building, is located at 200 Park Avenue South at East 17th Street, in Manhattan, New York City. It was designed by the architectural firm of Starrett & van Vleck and opened in 1908. In 1988, it was designated a New York City landmark. .

Home Insurance Plaza is a 630ft (192m) tall skyscraper in New York City, New York. It was completed in 1966 and has 44 floors. Alfred Easton Poor designed the building, which is the 61st tallest in New York. The buildings plaza had a redelopment in 1987 by Kohn Pedersen Fox.

195 Broadway is a 29-story building on Broadway in the Financial District of the New York City borough of Manhattan. It was the longtime headquarters of American Telephone and Telegraph, as well as Western Union for a time. It occupies an entire block on one side of Broadway, running from Dey Street to Fulton Street. It also has the address 15 Dey Street, well known as the site of one end of the first transcontinental telephone call.

Times Square Tower is a 47-story, 726-foot (221 m) office tower in Times Square in Manhattan, New York City, standing at West 41st Street. Started in 2002 and completed in 2004, the tower contains Class A office space. Some of the most prominent features of the Times Square Tower are its billboards, several of which hang on the building's façade. Most of the large signs are found near the base, but one 4-story sign is found above the middle of the building.

The Barclay Tower is a skyscraper located in New York City's TriBeCa near Lower Manhattan. The residential building rises 673 feet (205 m) above street level, containing 56 floors for 441 rental units. Construction of the building lasted from 2005 to 2007, with the topping out ceremony happening in Fall 2006. This tower block is also one of the tallest new residential buildings in New York City.

1 Lincoln Plaza is a mixed-use, commercial and luxury residential condominium building in New York City with 43 floors and 671 units. Construction began in 1971. The building is in the heart of the Lincoln Center neighborhood. Completed and ready for occupancy in 1974, the building is divided into eight floors of commercial space and 36 floors of luxury residential apartments.

Some of the finest buildings in New Jersey, New York, and other large eastern cities were built by the Hedden Construction Company, one of the largest construction companies operating in Newark in the very early 1900s. Among the most notable is the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower located at One Madison Avenue in New York, NY. The tower was the world's tallest building from 1909 to 1913 and home to the Hedden Construction Company's main offices located on the 36th and 37th floors.

37 Wall Street was built as an office building on Manhattan's Wall Street. It was designed by Francis Kimball and constructed during 1906-1907 for The Trust Company of America which occupied the ground floor. The building, completed in 1907, stands at 25 floors, plus a penthouse level that includes apartments and a terrace. No longer offices, the building has been converted/restored by Costas Kondylis.

The Forum at 343 East 74th Street is a 25-story residential condop building located on the Upper East Side in New York City. The building's location, midblock between First and Second Avenue on 74th Street makes the building visible from many parts of the Upper East Side. The building, which was completed in 1986, was opened to residents in 1987 and comprises 148 apartment units ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

10 East 40th Street or the Mercantile Building is a skyscraper located in the Murray Hill section of New York City, between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue, taking the width of the block between 40th and 39th Streets. Designed by Ludlow & Peabody and built by Jesse H. Jones, it was finished in 1929 and is considered part of the art deco school of architecture. When it was built, it was the fourth-tallest tower in the world.
