One Detroit Center, also known as Comerica Tower at Detroit Center after its tenant, is a skyscraper and class-A office building located downtown which overlooks the Detroit Financial District. Rising 619 feet (189 m), the 43-story tower is the tallest office building in Michigan, and the second tallest overall in the state behind the central hotel tower of the Renaissance Center, located a few blocks away.

The Wurlitzer Building is a high-rise building in downtown Detroit, Michigan, located at 1509 Broadway Street. It stands at 14 floors. The building is currently unused, but at one time held offices. Those offices originally served the Wurlitzer Organ Co. An original Wurlitzer still resides in the Fox Theater. It was built in 1926 and is designed in the renaissance revival architectural style. It stands right next to the Metropolitan Building (Detroit).

The New Cadillac Square Apartments is a high-rise residential apartment building, standing at 111 Cadillac Square on the intersection with Bates Street in Detroit, Michigan. Construction on the building was started in 1926 and finished in 1927. It was built in the Beaux-Arts architectural style, and consists of terra cotta as its main material. It stands 21 floors and has 224 units/rooms, including a restaurant.

Harvard Square Building is located at 1344-1346 Broadway Street, in downtown Detroit, Michigan, next to the Merchants Building. It was built in 1925 and stands at 12 floors in height, designed in the Neo-classical architectural style with Romanesque accents. It is currently unused. The current plans for the building calls for a renovation that will include 21 loft apartments. Heritage National Investment has proposed converting the building into 21 residential loft apartments.

The Park Apartments are located at 114 West Adams Avenue in downtown Detroit, Michigan. The building sits at the corner of West Adams Avenue and Park Street with the Charlevoix Building, across from Grand Circus Park, and across Park St. from the Kales Building in the Foxtown neighbourhood. It was built in 1926 and stands at 18 storeys in height, with 163 units/rooms. The residential high-rise was designed in the Beaux Arts architectural style, and uses mainly brick and stone.

The Cadillac Square Building (Also known as the Real Estate Exchange Building) is a demolished building located at 17 Cadillac Square in Detroit, Michigan. It was constructed in 1918, finished in 1919. It was destroyed in 1978 and stood at 20 floors, with two basement floors, for a total of 22 stories. The high-rise was designed by architect Louis Kamper in the neo-gothic architectural style and shared similar characteristics and proportioning to the neighboring Cadillac Tower.

The Hammond Building was Detroit's first skyscraper. It has since been demolished, to be replaced by the Bank One Building (Now named the Chase Tower). The location of the former building is at the corner of Griswold Street and West Fort Street, in downtown. The high-rise building was constructed in 1889, and destroyed in 1956 to make way for the National Bank of Detroit Building.

Riverfront Tower 100 is a 275 unit luxury high rise residential skyscraper at 100 Riverfront Drive in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It offers views of Windsor, Ontario, the Ambassador Bridge, and the Detroit River's many ships and private water craft during spring and summer months. Landscaped parkland surrounds the towers. Built in 1991 and finished in 1992, the building is an example of modern architecture. Each Riverfront Tower creates an ascending tier of three.

The tower was constructed in 1926 and completed in 1927 stands at 20 stories in height. The building has 9 elevators, and 120 units/rooms. The Ramada Inn Downtown Detroit was used as a hotel, apartment building, and restaurant, along with some space for commercial use.
