The Wright-Kay Building, originally the Schwankovsky Temple of Music, is one of the oldest buildings in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It was completed in 1891, and sat on the growing fringe of Detroit's Woodward Ave. It is between Grand Circus Park and Campus Martius Park, at the corner of Woodward and John R. It was later used by the founders of Wright-Kay jewelry from 1920 to 1978. Its current use includes a nightclub on the first floor with offices and residential units above.

The AT&T Building Addition stands at 444 Michigan Avenue in downtown Detroit, Michigan, and occupies the building block bordered by 1st Street, Cass Avenue, State Street, and Michigan Avenue. it was constructed in 1973 and finished the following year. The high-rise office building stands at 17 stories, and is used primarily as office space, telecommunications, as a hotel, and is owned by communications giant AT&T.

The AT&T Building (formerly known as the SBC Building) in downtown Detroit, Michigan is a high-rise, built in 1912 and expanded in 1927. It is located at 1365 Cass Avenue, and occupies the building block bordered by 1st Street, Cass Avenue, State Street, and Michigan Avenue. The AT&T Building stands 19 stories tall. It was originally 7 stories, but was expanded by another 12 in 1927. The high-rise building is used as the Michigan regional headquarters for communications giant AT&T.

Riverfront Tower 200 is a 280 unit luxury high rise residential skyscraper at 200 Riverfront Drive in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It offers views of Windsor, Ontario, the Ambassador Bridge, and the Detroit River's many ships and private water craft during spring and summer months. Landscaped parkland surrounds the towers. Riverfront Towers 200 was built in 1982 and finished in 1983, the building is a bold example of modern architecture. Each Riverfront Tower creates an ascending tier of three.

The three buildings are examples of modern architecture. Riverfront Tower 100 is a 275 unit high rise at 100 Riverfront Drive built in 1991 and finished in 1992. Riverfront Tower 200 is a 280 unit skyscraper at 200 Riverfront Drive built in 1982 and finished in 1983.

The Greater Penobscot Building, commonly known as the Penobscot Building, is a skyscraper in downtown Detroit, Michigan, United States. Rising 566 feet (172.3 m), the 47-story Penobscot was the tallest building in Michigan from its completion in 1928 until the construction of the Renaissance Center's central tower in 1977. The tower has 2 basement floors, and 45 above-ground floors, for a total of 47. The building is located in the heart of the Detroit Financial District.

The Penobscot Block is a complex of office towers centered around the 45-story Penobscot Building at the corner of Griswold Street and West Fort Street in Downtown Detroit, Michigan. The other two buildings in the complex are the Penobscot Building (youngest of the three), Penobscot Annex, and The Penobscot Building (oldest of the three).

The tower was built in 1976 and contains 27 floors. It was designed in the brutalist architectural style, with concrete as its featured material.
