150 West Jefferson (Formerly called the Madden Building) is a tall skyscraper in Downtown Detroit, Michigan. The building was constructed in 1987, and finished in 1989. It stands at 26 stories tall, with two basement floors, for a total of 28. The building's materials are plain concrete and granite, in a postmodern architectural design.

Riverfront Condominiums Detroit is a complex of three luxury high rise residential skyscrapers in Detroit, Michigan, United States. Each Riverfront Tower creates an ascending tier of three. The three buildings are examples of modern architecture. Riverfront Tower 100 is a 275 unit high rise at 100 Riverfront Drive built in 1991 and finished in 1992. Riverfront Tower 200 is a 280 unit skyscraper at 200 Riverfront Drive built in 1982 and finished in 1983.

Riverfront Tower 100 is a 275 unit luxury high rise residential skyscraper at 100 Riverfront Drive in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It offers views of Windsor, Ontario, the Ambassador Bridge, and the Detroit River's many ships and private water craft during spring and summer months. Landscaped parkland surrounds the towers. Built in 1991 and finished in 1992, the building is an example of modern architecture. Each Riverfront Tower creates an ascending tier of three.

One Detroit Center, also known as Comerica Tower at Detroit Center after its tenant, is a skyscraper and class-A office building located downtown which overlooks the Detroit Financial District. Rising 619 feet (189 m), the 43-story tower is the tallest office building in Michigan, and the second tallest overall in the state behind the central hotel tower of the Renaissance Center, located a few blocks away.

Rising 619 feet (189 m), the 43-story tower is the tallest office building in Michigan, and the second tallest overall in the state behind the central hotel tower of the Renaissance Center, located a few blocks away.

Compuware World Headquarters is located at One Campus Martius, in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It was constructed in 2000, and finished in 2003. It stands at 18 floors in height, 16 above-ground, and 2 below-ground, and has 1,000,000 square feet (100,000 m) of office space. The high-rise is used as an office building, a restaurant, retail space for Compuware, and has a fitness center inside, as well as an atrium.

One Kennedy Square is a 10 story building at 777 Woodward Avenue, near Campus Martius Park in downtown Detroit, Michigan. The building stands on the site of the old Detroit City Hall. It is occupied by the Ernst & Young accounting firm. Construction on Detroit's newest mid-rise started in 2005 and was completed in 2006. The building has 13 total floors, with 10 above-ground floors, and 3 basement floors.

The Watermark Detroit project is one of three condo developments chosen to fill sites along the Detroit Riverfront once occupied by cement companies. The project, previously known as Chene West, is the first to reach a development agreement with the city. Detroit businessman, former Piston,and current Mayor of Detroit Dave Bing said construction of the buildings, which will house 112 units that include condos and town homes, is expected to be completed by 2009.
