The Theodore Levin United States Courthouse (also known as the Detroit Federal Building) is a large high-rise courthouse and office building located at 231 West Lafayette Boulevard in Downtown Detroit, Michigan. The building is named after the late Theodore Levin, a lawyer and United States District Court judge. This building occupies an entire block in Downtown Detroit, Michigan, bordered by Shelby Street, Washington Boulevard, West Fort Street, and West Lafayette Boulevard.

The Top of Troy stands at 755 West Big Beaver Road, in Troy, Michigan. It is the tallest building in Troy, Michigan. PNC Financial Services maintains regional offices in the building as the major tenant. The triangular-shaped high-rise was constructed in 1974, and completed in 1975. It stands 25 stories (346 ft/106m), and is used mainly for office space, retail, and restaurant uses. It was designed in the international style of architecture. Its main materials are concrete and glass.

Washington Square is a high-rise in downtown Detroit, Michigan. Built in 1981 as Trolley Plaza (in reference to the trolley that ran along Washington Boulevard at the time), the residential building stands 28 stories tall. The building is located at 1431 Washington Boulevard and occupies the block bordered by Clifford Street, Grand River Avenue and Washington Boulevard.

The United Artists Theatre Building is a vacant high-rise tower in downtown Detroit, Michigan, standing at 150 Bagley Street. It was constructed in 1928 and stands 18 stories tall. The building was designed by architect C. Howard Crane in the renaissance revival architectural style, and is made mainly of brick. Until 1973, it was a first-run movie house and office space.

The Water Board Building is an Art Deco high-rise office building in downtown Detroit, Michigan, located at 735 Randolph Street. It was constructed in 1928 and stands at 23 stories tall. It was built using the Art Deco architectural style, and its materials include granite, limestone, marble, and terra cotta. The building was designed by Louis Kamper.

The Wayne County Building is a lowrise government tower in Detroit, Michigan. It stands at 600 Randolph Street, and contains the Wayne County administrative offices, and once contained its courthouse. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. Detroit architect John Scott designed the building which stands 5 floors.
