Riverfront Tower 300 is a 295 unit luxury high rise residential skyscraper at 300 Riverfront Drive in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It offers views of Windsor, Ontario, the Ambassador Bridge, and the Detroit River's many ships and private water craft during spring and summer months. Landscaped parkland surrounds the towers. Built in 1982 and finished in 1983, the building is a bold example of modern architecture. Each Riverfront Tower creates an ascending tier of three.

The tower was constructed in 1926 and completed in 1927 stands at 20 stories in height. The building has 9 elevators, and 120 units/rooms. The Ramada Inn Downtown Detroit was used as a hotel, apartment building, and restaurant, along with some space for commercial use.

The J.L. Hudson Department Store and Addition, also known as the Hudson's Building, is a now-demolished building in Detroit, Michigan, which occupied the address of 1206 Woodward Avenue. It was constructed in 1923, with additions throughout the years, before being "completed" in 1946, and named after the company's founder, Joseph Lowthian Hudson.

Detroit Towers is a high-rise residential apartment building located in Detroit, Michigan, on the city's near-east side. The building was constructed in 1922, and stands at 22 floors in height. It is used as an apartment building, and was designed in the neo-gothic architectural style.

The Watermark Detroit project is one of three condo developments chosen to fill sites along the Detroit Riverfront once occupied by cement companies. The project, previously known as Chene West, is the first to reach a development agreement with the city. Detroit businessman, former Piston,and current Mayor of Detroit Dave Bing said construction of the buildings, which will house 112 units that include condos and town homes, is expected to be completed by 2009.

The Town Apartments is a high-rise apartment building in Detroit, Michigan standing at 1503-1531 1st Street (the corner of 1st Street and Bagley Street). The residential building stands at 13 floors, 12-above ground and one basement floor, with 218 units/rooms. It was built in 1940, with an interesting mixture of art deco and art moderne architecture styles. It is built from masonry as its primary material.

The Michigan Mutual Liability Company Complex is located in Foxtown, along West Elizabeth Street and West Adams Avenue, between Woodward Avenue and Park Avenue, just across Adams Ave. from Grand Circus Park, in downtown Detroit, Michigan. The two buildings that make up the complex are the Grand Park Centre and Michigan Mutual Liability Annex, which are connected via a skyway.

The AT&T Michigan Headquarters is a complex of buildings located at 1st Street, Cass Avenue, State Street, and Michigan Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, United States. It contains the AT&T Building, the AT&T Building addition, and the Maintenance Shop. The AT&T Building (formerly known as the SBC Building) in downtown Detroit is a high-rise, built in 1912 and expanded in 1927.
