Aston Park is a public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA. The park is located on a triangle of land located between Pacific, Harwood and Live Oak in the City Center District. The park was dedicated in 1983 in honor of James W Aston, who was a prominent business leader and president of Republic National Bank in 1957. Adjacent to Republic Center, Corrigan Tower and Pacific Place, the park consists of a grove of mature trees and plaza area.

Main Street Garden Park is a 1.75-acre (7,100 m) public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA The $17.4 million park was primarily funded through the City of Dallas’ 2003 and 2006 bond programs and is the first of several planned downtown core parks, including Pacific Plaza Park and Belo Garden Park. Main Street Garden replaced Pegasus Plaza as the site for major downtown events throughout the year.

The Dallas Municipal Building is a Dallas Landmark located along S. Harwood Street between Main and Commerce Street in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas that served as the city's fourth City Hall. The structure is also a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark and a contributing property in the Harwood Historic District, located across the street from Main Street Garden Park. The City purchased land for the fourth City Hall in 1911-1912 from Eliza Trice, Otto H.

The Park, also known as Woodall Rodgers Park, is a 5.2-acre (21,000 m) public park being constructed in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA. Utility construction began in January 2009 with a ground-making ceremony held on September 14, 2009. The park is expected to open in 2011 with amenities completed in 2012. The Park will create an urban green space over the existing Woodall Rodgers Freeway between Pearl and St. Paul streets.

The Tower Petroleum Building (also known as The Tower Building) is a historic Art Deco Skyscraper located at 1907 Elm Street in the City Center District of Downtown Dallas. The tower, a contributing property in the Harwood Historic District, features Zig-zag Moderne styling and was designed by architect Mark Lemmon. The Tower Petroleum Building features Zig-zag Moderne motifs, one of the few buildings left in Downtown Dallas which features such designs.

505 North Ervay, also known as the Reserve Loan Life Building, is a mid-rise skyscraper located in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). Originally an office building, today it is part of the First Baptist Church of Dallas campus. Originally planned as an 8-story structure, construction began in 1945 on a square site at the corner of Federal Street and North Ervay Street.

The Mercantile Continental Building is located at 1810 Commerce Street in downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). It is a contributing structure at the edge of the Government District and adjacent to Main Street Garden Park. The building was built and owned by Mercantile National Bank and connected to their complex by an underground walkway.

100 North Central Expressway is a mid-rise Class B skyscraper located on the eastern edge of the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). The 12 story office building, located between Main Street and Elm Street along North Central Expressway, was announced in 1958 as the new home for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. During construction in 1958 a stack of steel beams tumbled sixty feet to the basement level, killing one worker and injury two others.

The Hartford Building is a mid-rise skyscraper located in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA) and adjacent to DART's St. Paul Station. The $5 million office building, built during a time of large insurance growth in Dallas, was constructed to serve as the southwestern regional home office for the Hartford Fire Insurance Group. It was developed by Trammell Crow and Eugene Locke and opened in 1960.

The Praetorian Building, also known as Stone Place Tower, is a high-rise building located at Main Street and Stone Street in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). The building, constructed in 1909, was the first skyscraper in Dallas and Texas and was the tallest building in the city until 1912.
