Bank of America Plaza is a 72-story late-modernist skyscraper located in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas. Standing at a structural height of 921 ft (281 m), it is the tallest skyscraper in the city of Dallas. It is also the third tallest in Texas and the 21st tallest in the United States, while also being the 53rd tallest building in the world. It contains 1,900,000 sq ft (177,000 m) of office space. The building was designed by JPJ Architects, Inc. and Bramalea LTD.

Fountain Place is a 60-story late-modernist skyscraper in the Arts District in downtown Dallas, Texas. Standing at a structural height of 720 ft (220 m), it is the fifth-tallest in Dallas, and the 15th-tallest in Texas.

Pacific Plaza Park will be a 3.0-acre (12,000 m) public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA. The park will be located between St. Paul Street and Harwood Street, north of Pacific Avenue in the City Center District. The City of Dallas acquired the land—currently parking lots—with help from the Trust for Public Land. A timeline for construction of the $9 million park has not been set.

Comerica Bank Tower (formerly Momentum Place, Bank One Center and Chase Center) is a 60-story postmodern skyscraper located at 1717 Main Street in the Main Street District in downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). Standing at a structural height of 787 feet (240 m), it is the third tallest skyscraper in the city of Dallas.

Renaissance Tower is a 886 ft (270 m), 56-story modernist skyscraper located at 1201 Elm Street in downtown Dallas, Texas. The tower is the second tallest in the city, the fifth tallest in Texas, and the 24th tallest in the United States. Renaissance Tower was designed by the architectural firm Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum, completed in 1974, and renovated by architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in 1986 and serves as headquarters for Neiman Marcus, Blockbuster and Winstead PC.

Chase Tower is a 55-story 738 feet (225 m) postmodern skyscraper at 2200 Ross Avenue in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas. Although it is the fourth tallest skyscraper in the city, if one were to exclude antennas and spires, it would be the third. It is also the 12th tallest building in Texas. The building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and was completed in 1987.

Republic Center Tower II is a 53-story skyscraper located at 325 North St. Paul Street in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA), adjacent to Gables Republic Tower as part of Republic Center. The building stands at a height of 598 feet (182 m), making it the 11th-tallest building in Dallas by roof-height (the building is 12th-tallest with regards to adjacent Gables Republic Tower's spire). The structure is located diagonally across the street from DART's St.

Elm Place, formerly First National Bank Tower, is a skyscraper located in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA) and adjacent to DART's Akard Station. The high-rise is 625 feet (191 m) and 52 stories tall, making it the tenth tallest building in Dallas. In January 2010 the building was closed due to low occupancy rates. The $35 million skyscraper was designed for the First National Bank of Dallas by architects George Dahl and Thomas E.

1700 Pacific is a skyscraper located at 1700 Pacific Avenue in the City Center District of Dallas, Texas. The building rises 655 feet (132 meters) and contains 50 floors of office space. It is the seventh tallest building in the city, at 655 feet (200 m) and has fifty floors. It was the second tallest in the city when is was completed in 1983, trailing only Renaissance Tower. The land on which 1700 Pacific sits was once two triangular blocks separated by Live Oak Street.

Trammell Crow Center is a 50-story postmodern skyscraper at 2001 Ross Avenue in the Arts District of downtown Dallas, Texas. With a structural height of 708 ft (216 m), and 686 ft (209 m) to the roof, it is the sixth-tallest building in Dallas and the 18th-tallest in the state The tower was designed by the architecture firm, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, and has a polished and flamed granite façade, with 1,200,000 sq ft (111,000 m) of office space.
