About Four Seasons Baltimore and Residences

Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore and Residences is a highrise hotel complex building under construction, located in Baltimore, Maryland. The building is expected to rise 494 feet (151 m). The building's construction began in 2007 and is expected to be completed in 2010. This building was originally planned to be constructed as two towers, each having 22 floors 294 feet (90 m). Developers then planned only one tower, which would have 36 floors 494 feet (151 m); later changed to 44 floors 495 feet (151 m). The original site for the second tower was used for the construction of the Legg Mason Tower. The hotel complex is expected to contain two hundred rooms. The cost for the project is estimated to reach $ 75 million. As of March 1st, 2010 only the hotel portion, 21 stories, of the Four seasons has been completed, with the status of the remaining residential floors unknown.
