The Wayne County Building is a lowrise government tower in Detroit, Michigan. It stands at 600 Randolph Street, and contains the Wayne County administrative offices, and once contained its courthouse. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. Detroit architect John Scott designed the building which stands 5 floors.

Cosmo Lofts is a 5-story building in Los Angeles, California. Originally built in 1896 as a storage warehouse, the building was converted to live/work lofts in 2004. Originally built in 1896 to house a moving and storage facility. In 2004, the building underwent a renovation by Creative Environments of Hollywood to convert the building to live/work lofts and creative offices.

The Cass Building is an office building at the corner of Cass and Fort Street, at 455 W. Fort Street in Detroit, Michigan. It is also known as Detroit's Work Place. The unique looking structure is designed in the International style, and is distinctive for its curtain wall facade of glass. The building currently houses several employment agencies, daycare providers and Neighborhood Legal Services, which focus on meeting the needs of local Detroit residents.

The E.V. Haughwout Building is a five-story commercial loft building in the SoHo section of New York City, at the corner of Broome Street and Broadway. Built in 1857 to a design by John P. Gaynor, with cast-iron sections for two street-fronts provided by Daniel D. Badger Architectural Iron Works, it originally housed Eder V. Haughwout's fashionable chinaware emporium, which attracted many wealthy clients including Mary Todd Lincoln.

The Roman L. Hruska Federal Courthouse is a 350,000 sq ft Federal Courthouse located at 111 S. 18th Plz. in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Completed in 2000, the six story courthouse serves the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, and features 9 courtrooms and a central atrium; built at a cost of $70 million. It was dedicated Oct 24th, 2000 in front of an audience of over 400 people. The courthouse was built on the site of the former Hotel Fontenelle which was razed in 1983.

Brewster-Douglass Housing Projects is the largest residential housing project owned by the city of Detroit, located in the Brush Park section on the East Side of Detroit, Michigan near the Chrysler Freeway, Mack Avenue and St. Antoine Street. The housing project is named after Frederick Douglass, African American abolitionist, author, and reformer. It has undergone urban renewal.

The Wright-Kay Building, originally the Schwankovsky Temple of Music, is one of the oldest buildings in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It was completed in 1891, and sat on the growing fringe of Detroit's Woodward Ave. It is between Grand Circus Park and Campus Martius Park, at the corner of Woodward and John R. It was later used by the founders of Wright-Kay jewelry from 1920 to 1978. Its current use includes a nightclub on the first floor with offices and residential units above.

The Detroit Athletic Club, sometimes called the DAC, is an athletic club in the heart of Detroit's theater, sports, and entertainment district designed by Albert Kahn and inspired by Rome's Palazzo Farnese. Clubs of this type usually maintain reciprocal agreements for their members worldwide. These clubs typically have athletic training facilities, swimming pools, recreation, fine restaurants, elegant ballrooms, guest rooms for members, and exclusive member services.

jLofts on the Market is a 6-story mid-rise, 51 unit, condominium project with street level retail and office space located at 1308 Jackson Street in the historic Old Market District in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. jLofts is the only new condo development built from the ground up in the Old Market. The building is located on 13th and Jackson Streets. The project is expected to be completed late 2009.

The Biscuit Company Lofts is a 7-story building in Los Angeles, California. Built in 1925 as a factory, the building was converted to live/work lofts in 2006. Conceived as the west coast headquarters for the National Biscuit Company, this landmark structure was designed by E.J. Eckel. Constructed in 1925 for a cost of 2 million dollars, this 7 story factory quickly became an architectural sensation.
