Emerald Plaza finished construction in 1990.

Harbor Club Condominiums is a high-rise residential building in San Diego, California composed of two towers of equal height. The 41-story towers have a height of 424 feet (129 m) and are a prominent fixture in San Diego's skyline. Located in the Marina district of Downtown San Diego, Harbor Club was designed by architects BPA Architecture Planning Interiors. The condos are located near the San Diego Convention Center and Petco Park.

Meridian Condominiums is the 19th tallest building in San Diego, California and is a prominent fixture in San Diego's skyline. It has a height of 371 ft (113 m) and contains 172 units. Located at the southwest corner of Kettner Boulevard and A Street in the Horton Plaza district of Downtown San Diego, Meridian Condominiums is a 28-story building that utilizes a modern architectural style designed by the architect firm Maxwell Starkman & Associates.

333 Bush Street is an office skyscraper located in financial district of San Francisco, California. The 43 floor, 151 m (495 ft) building designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill was completed in 1986 and contains seven stories of separately owned residential condominium space.

44 Montgomery Street is an office skyscraper in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District. The tower stands 566 feet (172 meters) tall and has 43 floors. When completed in 1967, it was the tallest building west of Dallas until 555 California Street was erected in 1969. The building was once the world headquarters for Wells Fargo Bank. It was sold by AT&T in 1997 for $111 million.

The building is part of the Embarcadero Center, which is a complex of six interconnected buildings and one off-site extension. The skyscraper, completed in 1977, stands 413 feet (126 m) tall with 31 stories. Three Embarcadero Center stands at the same height as Two Embarcadero Center, although this building has one more floor.

201 Folsom Street is the second phase of Tishman Speyer's massive two block development in South of Market, San Francisco. It is located one block to the southwest of the project's first phase: The Infinity. 201 Folsom I will stand 43 stories tall and 201 Folsom II will stand 38 stories tall. The entire complex will contain 820 units.

Shaklee Terraces also known as One Front Street is an office skyscraper in the Financial District of San Francisco, California. The 164 m (538 ft) 38 floor, tower was completed in 1979. The composition of the façade closely resembles that of the Shell Building by Emil Fahrenkamp, which was built in Berlin in 1931. The Shaklee Corporation was once headquartered in the tower until the company moved to Pleasanton, California in 2000.

555 Mission Street is a 33 story, 458 ft (140 m) office tower in the South of Market area of San Francisco, California. Construction of the tower began in 2007 and the tower was finished on September 18, 2008. The building is the first in a new generation of office towers in San Francisco's downtown. In addition, this is one out of several new highrise projects completed or under construction on Mission Street since 2000, like The Paramount, the St.

595 Market Street is a skyscraper in San Francisco, California. The building rises 410 feet (125 meters) in the northern region of San Francisco’s Financial District. It contains 30 floors, and was completed in 1979. 595 Market Street currently stands as the 37th-tallest building in the city. The architect who designed the building was Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. It is one of the few hexagonal-shaped skyscrapers in the city.
